Job summary

Eversource Energy in Connecticut seeks a Senior Supervisor to lead the construction, maintenance, and repair of substation equipment. You will analyze historical data to establish maintenance requirements, and actively promote a safety-first culture while engaging staff to deliver excellent customer service.

At the Senior Supervisor level, you will coach other supervisors, authorize resource reallocations, and represent the manager at department, customer, and community meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent related experience is required.
• Senior Supervisor: 8–10 years of related experience; supervisory experience required; substation operation/maintenance preferred.
• Must hold a valid motor vehicle operator's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews in construction and maintenance activities for substations.
• Coordinates staffing, materials, and equipment with various sections per schedules.
• Responsible for reliability and condition of substation assets and data input into company database.
• Directs safety initiatives and addresses performance issues; conducts performance reviews.
