Job summary

Eversource Energy in Connecticut seeks a Senior Supervisor to lead substation construction, maintenance and repair, overseeing crews and maintaining a safety-first culture. You will analyze maintenance data, coordinate staffing, and ensure asset reliability while driving customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities include coaching other supervisors, allocating resources during peak needs, and representing the team at meetings; travel between MA/CT/NH is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent related experience is required.
• Senior Supervisor with 8–10 years of related supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in substation operation and maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews in construction and maintenance for T&D substations.
• Coordinates staffing, materials, and equipment with other sections.
• Ensures reliability and condition of substation assets.
• Leads safety initiatives and coaches staff on performance.
