Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 10 years’ experience in Substation Construction required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Crew Members to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Reporting, customer interaction, claims investigation, and field management activities.
• Enforce Grid One Solutions Safety policies and Core Values.
• Daily job/safety briefings and inform technicians of changes or hazards.
• Train, coach, and improve efficiencies of all Crew Members.
• Assist with hiring and training new staff as needed.
• Respond to internal and external customer needs.
• Report accidents or incidents in the field.
• Prepare and submit JBOs and SMPs per policy.
• Plan and oversee tailgate meetings.
• Conduct periodic vehicle inspections for safety compliance.
• Track daily safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and tardiness.
• Assist with other project elements as directed by Project Manager.
