Job summary

Utility Lines Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Substation Field Supervisor to lead a crew, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate field activities. The role requires reporting, customer interaction, and adherence to our safety policies.

The position demands strong supervision skills, a CDL, and the ability to work long hours including emergencies. Pre-employment drug screen and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Substation Construction.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background/MVR checks.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Crew Members to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Report, interact with customers, investigate claims, and handle field management tasks.
• Enforce Grid One Solutions safety policies and core values.
• Hold daily briefings with crew and communicate changes or hazards.
