Job summary

Quanta Government Solutions’ QISG team seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of high‑voltage substation projects, from scope definition to commissioning. You’ll coordinate between engineering, construction and clients, driving design reviews, risk management and schedule adherence.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will ensure compliance with ANSI, IEEE, NEC, and NESC standards while guiding a multidisciplinary team toward safe, reliable and economical project

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management.
• BS or graduate degree in engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversee full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and client teams.
• Define scope, deliverables, and technical requirements for each project.
• Lead design reviews and manage project risks.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and budgets.
• Support business development and client meetings.
