TRC, Member of WSP, is seeking a Substation Engineer in the United States. The role focuses on relay protection and control engineering, supporting substations with varying size and voltage classes.
You will work on project design, coordination with Civil/Structural, Networks, and Transmission teams, and provide field support during construction. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with NEC and IEEE/ANSI standards.

The Substation Engineer performs design engineering activities requiring a basic understanding of drawings, calculations, specifications, and industry standards and practices covering the assigned work. This role supports relay protection and control engineering, including detailed design for substation projects of varying size, complexity, and voltage class.

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
