Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an Electrical Engineering Lead to focus on the technical aspects of substation projects while managing client relationships and business development. The role requires significant experience, a BS in Electrical Engineering, and proficiency with relevant tools. Opportunities for leadership and team mentorship are available. This hybrid position can be based out of any VHB office, offering a salary range of $125,000-$160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 8-11+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in substation projects.
• Experience with national design standards and safety codes.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering services for substation projects.
