VHB seeks an Electrical Engineering Lead with extensive substation experience to join our Energy Engineering practice. You will lead the physical electrical design, manage projects, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across transmission and distribution initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 8+ years experience in electrical engineering; 5+ years in substation area preferred.
• Experience with ETAP, CDEGS, CAPE, Aspen is a plus.
• Proficient with Microstation and AutoCAD; familiarity with NEC/NESC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow electrical engineering services for substations.
• Engage in business development and client relations.
• Manage physical electrical aspects of capital projects from initiation to closeout.
