Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Substation Design Manager to lead technical teams on high voltage substation projects within the Power Delivery practice in Sacramento. You will partner with a PM for scope, schedule and budget while driving technical execution and quality across deliverables.

You will mentor engineers and CAD staff, oversee task assignments, and develop execution plans while contributing to industry-level design excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5 years related experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong communication skills.
