A strong background in HV substations and client coordination is essential.

You will operate in a hybrid environment, balancing technical delivery with team mentoring and QA/QC responsibilities, while supporting continuous improvement and design innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience in power/substation design.
• Pre-employment checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design guides, standards, and project disciplines for HV projects.
• Ensure compliance with BV quality program across tasks.
• Prepare engineering deliverables and calculations for multi-project loads.
• Coordinate data collection and material selection; manage budgets/schedules.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
