Toth and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Substation Engineer I/II to support planning, design, and implementation of electrical substations for utility, industrial, and renewable energy clients.

You will work under a PE and project managers to develop constructible, code-compliant designs and grow technical depth. Responsibilities include developing yard layouts, grounding, protection schematics, and design drawings, with duties spanning from calculations to BOMs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of physical substation components and layouts.
• Develop protection and control schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Perform engineering calculations and apply NEC/NESC/NEMA/IEEE/ANSI standards.
• Maintain project documentation and support calculations.
• Travel for project requirements as needed.
