Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a lead supervisor to manage daily crew activities, equipment, and safety on construction projects. The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, and on-site leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, safety training skills, and a teamwork mindset. The position requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather, climb and work at heights, and overtime as needed to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant field experience.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise crews and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, leadership and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting including quantities, productivity and daily reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities for crews.
• Complete work within estimated costs while upholding quality.
• Ensure safety of crew per company and government rules.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety plans to crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
