Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of substation field experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily substation construction activities under the direction of experienced crew members.
• Begin interpreting IFC drawings and support redlining as directed.
• Support installation activities across various substation scopes.
• Learn proper use of tools, materials, and consumables in a construction environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to Aecon’s safety culture.
• Proactively ask questions to build technical knowledge and skills.
