Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking a licensed therapist to run Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups in Carroll County. The role involves delivering individual, family, and group counseling with a focus on clients with mental health and substance use needs.

Expect to work at least three days per week, four hours per day, under supervision. The position requires a master’s or higher degree in a related field and licensure per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in a related field.
• Experience with mental health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Ability to provide counseling across individual, group, and family modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy to assigned caseload.
• Complete Treatment Plans after first encounter and review progress thereafter.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, families and caregivers.
