Job summary

Impact Life is seeking a credentialed Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Counselor for Georgetown, DE. The role focuses on substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, providing individual, group, and family therapy within the IOP framework.

You will assess, plan, intervene, and document case details while coordinating with a team to support clients through recovery and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Credential: CADC active in Delaware.
• Solid knowledge of behavioral health and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling in IOP.
• Conduct biopsychosocial and ongoing clinical assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with case managers and providers.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in EHR.
