Job summary

Master Center for Addiction Medicine is expanding and seeking a licensed mental health professional (LPC/LCSW/LSATP) to join the Intensive Outpatient Program. The role delivers individual, group and family counseling, case management and crisis intervention with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.

Hours are 40 per week; requires license, master's in related field, experience with SUD and co-occurring disorders, and on-call duties. Salary starting at $65,000+. Reports to Clinical Director.

Qualifications

  • LPC/LCSW/LSATP license required
  • Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
  • Proficiency in evidence-based practices for addiction treatments (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, CBT for SUDs)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a trauma-informed approach
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation

Responsibilities

  • Individual psychotherapy & group therapy for patients in the IOP
  • Provide group and family counseling, skill building, psycho-educational services
  • Clinical documentation and case management
  • Crisis intervention and on-call services as needed
  • Advocate for patients when necessary
