Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed all classes required to become a Substance Use Disorder Professional and complete practicum hours.
• Must have current Substance Use Disorder Trainee Registration with the State Department of Health.
• Must hold and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications and pass annual competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling to patients (individual and group) and referrals to community services.
• Coordinate care with a supervisor and other agencies to expedite treatment and continuum of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and satisfy required regulatory forms and reports.
