Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Substance Use Disorder Professional or Trainee (SUDP/T) for White Center and other clinics in Washington. You will provide direct counseling, assessments, and group services for clients with chemical dependency and co-occurring issues.

Supervision toward licensure is provided, and incentive pay is available. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits in a culturally diverse integrated care setting.

Qualifications

• For Trainee, completed required classes to become an SUDP and practicum hours.
• Experience working with adolescents.
• Active SUDP license for Professional.
• First Aid, CPR, and HIV certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling to patients in one-to-one or group formats.
• Perform assessments, evaluations, and intakes.
• Ensure compliance with treatment policies and regulations.
• Maintain progress notes and required documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors toward licensure and integrated care.
