Qualifications

• Must have completed all the classes required to become a Substance Use Disorder Professional.
• Must have completed all practicum hours required by the State Department of Health.
• Must have current Substance Use Disorder Trainee Registration with the State Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to adults, youth, and families.
• Serve as co-case manager for a group of up to ten youth.
• Prepare progress reports and completion notices for courts, probation, families, and referral sources.
• Coordinate with staff and external agencies to expedite treatment and continuum of care.
