Responsibilities

• Supervises Substance Use Disorder Operations: assesses functioning of programs, writes narratives and contracts, ensures standards are met, leads planning and development, monitors contracts and budget, oversees staff productivity, ensures timely services, collaborates with treatment teams and outside sources, adheres to ethics, demonstrates SUD and adult competencies, conducts staff meetings and supervision, maintains collaborations with DHR and other agencies.
