Job summary

We Care Daily Clinics in Auburn, WA seeks a Substance Use Disorder Professional to provide individualized counseling and case management within an OTP setting, using FDA-approved medications and counseling.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, progress documentation, and leading groups while maintaining professional boundaries and HIPAA compliance with a collaborative care team. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must maintain Washington DOH CDP license credential throughout employment.
• Minimum two years of experience in social services and chemical dependency treatment.
• OTP experience preferred; LMHC is desirable but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills with HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and case management to assigned patients.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients and coworkers.
• Complete progress notes and treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Lead therapy or educational groups and participate in treatment teams.
• Coordinate patient treatment with other staff and ensure HIPAA compliance.
