The Substance Use Disorder Professional role supports opioid treatment program, with responsibilities including counseling, treatment planning, and coordination with the team; compensation ranges from $72,000 to $90,000 starting salary based on experience and licensure; evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Academic training in the social service field and chemical dependency treatment as required by Washington DOH.
• The counselor must maintain DOH CDP license credentials throughout employment.
• Minimum two years of experience in social services and chemical dependency treatment.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual counseling and case management to assigned patients.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients and staff.
• Complete progress notes promptly for patient interactions.
• Prepare and submit treatment plans and updates.
• Coordinate treatment with staff and participate in Treatment Team meetings.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure confidentiality.
• Lead or co-lead therapy or educational groups and supervise staff as needed.
• Meet with supervisor for clinical consultation and documentation review.
• Travel as needed on rare occasions.
