Qualifications

• Academic training in social service field per state licensing requirements.
• Must maintain Washington SUDP license credential during employment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SUDP; opioid treatment exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and case management to assigned patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain professional boundaries with patients and staff.
• Prepare and submit required treatment plans, progress notes, and referrals.
• Lead or co-lead therapy groups and coordinate with other departments.
• Attend Treatment Team meetings and ensure accurate documentation.
