Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) for its Puyallup Behavioral Health Clinic. You will provide direct counseling services to patients struggling with chemical dependency, conduct individual and group therapy, and perform assessments.

A qualified candidate must hold an AA degree, possess a Washington State SUDP License, and have no history of substance misuse for the prior two years. An excellent benefits package is offered for full-time employees, including medical, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• AA degree and Washington State SUDP License required.
• Knowledge of therapeutic approaches to facilitate client self-examination.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities
