Job summary

Groups Recover Together based in Rockwood, TN is seeking a Counselor to lead group therapy sessions and be part of member-centered care teams. You will collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches to monitor progress and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline.
• Active or supervised to obtain credentials: MFT, LMFT, LPC, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LADAC 2.
• Experience leading Group Therapy.

What You’ll Do

• Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: MFT, LMFT, LPC, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LADAC 2.
• Experience leading Group Therapy.
• High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
• Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
• Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
