Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Prevention Coordinator to support the NG Bureau's Warrior Resiliency & Fitness programs, focusing on SAP and SPP initiatives across military, federal, and civilian landscapes.

The role involves briefing, data entry into DAMIS/ALURRT, coordinating SAP and SP trainings, and reporting outcomes. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field plus four years of practical experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, or Resilience, and program/case management, or 10 years of experience.
Instructing and briefing skills with flexibility across audiences.
Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends during training periods.

Responsibilities

Provide quarterly information briefings on state and national substance abuse and suicide prevention.
Enter SAP and SP training data into DAMIS/ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
electronically report SAP and SP training within 48 hours of completion.
Enter assessment/referral and treatment data of Service Members into DAMIS within 24 hours.
Coordinate and conduct SAP and SP trainings, including annual prevention and targeted programs, and SP trainings for Service members and ARNG units.
Perform other duties as assigned.
