Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an LADC in the state of Nebraska.
• BA/BS in Behavioral Sciences or the equivalent in experience is required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, knowledge of charting and compliance procedures, ability to develop treatment plans, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical supervision to counseling staff and training on Title 9 and policy compliance.
• Oversees productivity, supervision, coaching, and staffing coverage as needed.
• Counsels and disciplines staff with Clinic Director and HR Manager per policy.
• Assists counselors with treatment interventions and incident reports.
