Crossroads is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor in Jacksboro, TN to provide individual counseling and conduct clinical assessments for patients. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree and be licensed in Tennessee as LMSW.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required.
• Must be licensed in the state of TN as LMSW.
• Three years of continuous verifiable abstinence if recovering.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to highly complex patients.
• Conduct clinical assessments to assess patients' treatment needs.
• Design and update patient's treatment plans.
