Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, treatment plan development, and coordinating with community providers. Requires MI licensure and commitment to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Substance abuse/Social work licensure in MI is required.
• Experience in behavioral health is preferred.
• Ability to make decisions and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment and case management principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Orient patients to program operations and procedures.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans and maintain records.
• Coordinate care with community providers and follow up as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Attend trainings and maintain licensure requirements.
