Zusammenfassung

WestCare Foundation seeks a dedicated clinician to deliver substance abuse treatment in an institutional setting. You will assess clients, develop service plans, and lead education groups on therapeutic communities, relapse prevention, and related topics.

You will also support self-help groups and maintain confidential records. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, background clearance, and alignment with ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of offender populations and substance abuse assessment tools.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Must pass background check and OIG LEIE clearance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Aufgaben

• Complete assessment of each client with required assessment tools.
• Initiate and sustain client motivation through engagement and counseling.
• Develop service plans with client input and treatment goals.
• Deliver daily treatment and curriculum-based groups on TC concepts and relapse prevention.
• Assist clients in forming self-help groups (AA/NA).
• Maintain client records in line with policies and confidentiality laws.
• Provide general supervision for therapeutic activities and training.
• Participate in staff development and cross-training; uphold WestCare mission.
