Beyond the Rx in New York seeks a creative, digitally savvy content manager to grow our presence on Substack, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

This is not a traditional social media role; the ideal candidate lives and breathes Substack, understands Notes, recommendations, collaborations, subscriber growth, and building a community without spam.

You will script video, help filming, post across platforms, and track engagement to spot growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Substack Notes, recommendations and collaborations.
• Strong storytelling and editing abilities for video and text.
• Comfortable on camera and at a computer, with a creative yet strategic mindset.
• Self-directed, organized, and full of ideas.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing our Substack presence, focusing on Notes.
• Brainstorm and develop content ideas across platforms.
• Script short-form video content and assist lighting/filming.
• Edit video, including sound, and post/schedule content across platforms.
• Track engagement and identify opportunities for growth.
