Sbhonline in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a creative Social Media & Digital Content Manager to lead our online presence, grow community engagement, and support membership initiatives across all digital platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications & Growth, you will blend strategic planning with hands-on content creation including social media management and video production.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and able to craft engaging content that drives measurable results

Qualificações

1–3 years managing multiple social platforms.
Proven success increasing awareness, engagement, or conversions.
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and SMS platforms.
Strong video, photography, design, and storytelling skills.
Excellent copywriting and promotional messaging.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
Organized, multi-project management in fast-paced env.
Strong communication and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts and community engagement.
Develop and execute social media strategy to boost engagement and participation.
Monitor inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
Maintain content calendar across platforms.
Research trends and emerging features to keep content fresh.
Collaborate with teams to promote programs and events.
Create short-form videos (Reels, Stories) and other social content.
Design promotional graphics for digital platforms.
Capture photos and videos at events and activities.
Write captions, scripts, and calls-to-action.
Run SMS campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts for reminders.
