Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead quality processes for sub-sea components, connectors, and batteries in Quonset, RI. You will work closely with design teams and suppliers to ensure first-time quality and manufacturability.

The role requires 2+ years in supplier quality or manufacturing engineering, knowledge of TLA/PCBA, IPC/AS standards, ITAR, and a willingness to travel up to 25% while supporting US defense missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 2+ years in supplier quality or manufacturing engineering in sub-sea or related environments
• Experience with TLA/PCBA, high voltage systems and power electronics
• Experience scaling supplier quality from prototype to production
• Experience flowing down source control requirements to suppliers
• Experience performing First Article Inspection per AS9102 and IPC/MIL standards
• Familiarity with IP, SOW, and ITAR/government regulations
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality development across product development stages with engineering and production teams
• Review supplier processes to ensure electrical performance and quality requirements
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and program management to ensure predictable supply and manage deviations
• Drive PPAP, RCCA, MRB, SCAR processes and supplier containment actions
• Audit supplier Quality Management Systems and lead onsite supplier reviews and contract deliverables
• Partner with Global Strategic Sourcing to improve cost, quality, delivery, and domestic sourcing resilience
