Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join the team in Quonset, RI. You will define, develop, and execute processes delivering high quality sub-sea components, including connectors, wet cables, and batteries, for Anduril missions.

You will collaborate with design and supplier teams to meet quality requirements, drive PPAP, RCCA, and MRB activities, and ensure supplier readiness from prototype to high-volume production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• Experience in supplier quality or manufacturing engineering in sub-sea electronics or related field.
• Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements and IPC/MIL-STD standards.

Responsibilities

• Support internal design process and ideation with supplier quality input.
• Drive supplier quality development through design reviews, process development, testing and qualification.
• Lead supplier readiness activities and containment actions, ensuring supplier performance metrics are met.
