Profiles seeks a Manager, Insights & Analytics Subscription (Marketing) in New York, NY. Hybrid schedule with one remote day per week. You will collaborate with executive, editorial, marketing, and data teams to influence subscriber growth, engagement, and retention strategies.

The role requires strong SQL, CRM/lifecycle analytics experience, and hands-on use of Braze or similar platforms; experience with attribution modeling and advanced Excel is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or data/marketing analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to write and troubleshoot queries.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable CRM/lifecycle platform.
• Experience with attribution modeling, campaign measurement, segmentation and cohort analysis.
• Advanced Excel and pivot tables; Tableau or Adobe Analytics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily push-alert and recurring executive CRM reporting.
• Write actionable summaries linking campaign performance to content and messaging decisions.
• Build and maintain SQL queries supporting attribution, campaign analysis, and stakeholder requests.
• Audit CRM segments, reconcile reporting discrepancies, resolve data-quality issues.
• Analyze engagement trends and personalization opportunities across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
