Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Renewal Operations professional to quote and manage subscription renewals, align expiration dates, and streamline the renewal process for the installed base.

You will review data, verify pricing, track activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with Channel Partners, Account Managers, Sales and Finance to upgrade opportunities to co-term renewal dates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations or contract administration.
• Solid Salesforce aptitude.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Inventory/installed base management experience is a plus.
• Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative/backend support to SSRs to enable seamless renewals execution.
• Enable pipeline readiness with account mapping and territory alignment.
• Triage inquiries from a high-volume renewal inbox to the appropriate owner.
• Operationalize the Renewal pipeline while optimizing renewal rate, attach rate and term.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners & Account Managers to market subscription opportunities and resolve issues.
• Communicate company messages and value propositions clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Review and validate subscriptions against customer reports and data sources.
• Research original transactions to position the next subscription cycle effectively.
• Confirm and quote all renewal opportunities for assigned territory accurately.
• Develop and communicate process changes to optimize programs and relationships.
• Track activity in Salesforce from Stage 1 to Stage 3 and manage ticket closures.
• Ensure upgrades are aligned with field and inside team actions.
