Then join the marketing team at Spiceworks to handle the marketing of our newly revamped Cloud Help Desk (CHD) software solution.
For more than 18 years, Spiceworks CHD has been helping IT organizations more efficiently and safely manage and monitor daily projects and user tickets. Throughout 2025, we are excited to release new product tiers along with innovative features and services. This role is instrumental in translating the CHD product roadmap into actionable messaging that will be promoted across various channels to drive subscriber growth.
As the Subscription Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CHD integrated marketing campaigns to achieve our growth objectives. You will partner closely with the CHD leadership team to deliver on pipeline and revenue targets. This position oversees global demand generation campaigns and pipeline activities across North America and international regions. You will build industry and account-centric (ABM) programs targeting multiple personas in tech organizations. You will put the marketing strategy into action by managing the execution of the “game plan,” leveraging messaging, content, product demos, and offers to drive customer acquisition and upsell/cross-sell.

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 plus incentives, 401K match, medical/dental/vision insurance, disability, and flexible time off.
