Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Growth & Subscriptions Manager for CNN in New York. You will shape pricing, offers, and promotions across domestic and international markets, and build CAC/LTV models to inform senior leadership decisions.

You will partner with Data, Research, Content Strategy, and Marketing to connect content investment to subscriber economics, measure performance, and drive scalable processes across pricing, promotions, and measurement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, growth strategy, or a similarly analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business questions into decision-useful analyses.
• Familiarity with marketing measurement approaches including incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling, attribution, experimentation, and campaign measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, offer, and promotional strategies across domestic and international markets.
• Evaluate marketing efficiency and investment opportunities across paid and owned channels, advising Senior Marketing leadership.
• Build quantitative models to support strategic decisions, including CAC/LTV analyses and subscriber economics.
• Partner with Data and Research on marketing measurement and incrementality, translating analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Connect content and marketing performance with Content Strategy to optimize subscriber acquisition and engagement.
• Own marketing performance reporting and strategic analysis, providing leadership with clear views of performance and opportunities.
