CNN, part of Warner Bros. Discovery, is seeking a Growth & Subscriptions Manager in Washington, DC. The role intersects growth, marketing strategy, analytics, content, and commercial strategy to drive subscriber growth and pricing decisions.

The ideal candidate brings strong quantitative skills, experience modeling CAC/LTV, pricing elasticity, and marketing measurement. Collaboration across Marketing, Analytics, Research, Finance, Product, and Content is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
• Familiarity with SQL and experience working with large datasets is a plus.
• Experience translating analyses into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, offer, and promotional strategies across domestic and international markets.
• Evaluate marketing efficiency and investment opportunities across channels.
• Build quantitative models to support strategic decisions (CAC/LTV, revenue scenarios).
• Partner with Data and Research on marketing measurement and incrementality.
• Connect content and marketing performance to subscriber value.
• Own marketing performance reporting and strategic analysis.
• Improve marketing operations and ways of working.
