Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Growth & Subscriptions Manager to shape CNN’s growth and marketing decisions. You will operate at the intersection of analytics, pricing, content, and commercial strategy, building models and recommendations that drive subscriber economics.

You’ll partner with Data, Research, Content Strategy, Growth, Finance and Product to optimize CAC/LTV, pricing, promotions, and campaigns across domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, growth, or marketing analytics with strong modeling.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive-ready recommendations.
• Experience with CAC, LTV, churn, and monetization in media/subscriptions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, offers, and promotions across domestic and international markets.
• Evaluate marketing efficiency and investment opportunities across channels.
• Build quantitative models to support strategic decisions (CAC/LTV, revenue scenarios).
• Partner with Data, Research, and Product to translate insights into recommendations.
• Own marketing performance reporting and post-mortems.
