Job summary

Latitude Subrogation Services is seeking a Property Subrogation Specialist to manage the complete subrogation process for auto claims with subrogation potential. You will investigate, negotiate, and settle claims in coordination with carriers and attorneys.

Responsibilities include navigating our database, documenting all communications, and determining when claims should proceed to arbitration, suit, or collections.

Qualifications

• Experience handling auto subrogation files of moderate to high complexity.
• Knowledge of auto subrogation types: commercial auto, medical payments, personal injury protection and product liability.
• Maintains certifications and licensures where applicable.
• Documentation of all activities for recovery, including conversations, correspondence and file updates.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve subrogation claims with potential; negotiate settlements where possible.
• Maintain documentation and diaries; communicate with carriers, attorneys, and insureds.
• Assess whether claims should be referred to arbitration, suit or collections.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of all documents even under pressure.
• Collaborate with team to meet recovery, file quality and resolution timelines.
