Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Weapons System Requirements Analyst to support Navy submarine programs from Quantico, VA.

The role involves rigorous research across aviation, ground, intelligence, and C2 domains to identify capabilities changes and guide test planning and evaluation activities. The candidate will coordinate with NAVSEA and DOT&E stakeholders, review drawings, and develop concise analyses to support program decisions.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance required and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of SSBN MT experience or HS diploma with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Prior DASO, post SSBN ERO SITP, SP205 or SPP51 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of military capabilities across multiple disciplines to identify changes in adversary capabilities, vulnerabilities, and potential courses of action.
• Participate in detailed test and evaluation planning meetings to coordinate test execution of Strike mission planning.
• Coordinate with OPTEVFOR, DOT&E, NAVSEA, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain the Test and Evaluation Master Plan and evaluation framework.
• Provide expert insight into submarine system specifications and architectural drawings to support component evaluations and design revisions.
• Lead or support reviews of submarine operating procedures, instructions, and technical manuals in coordination with Navy personnel.
• Develop and present analytical products, briefings, and training materials for military customers.
