Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an experienced analyst to lead a long-term study on submarine vulnerabilities during surfaced operations and to develop countermeasures.

The role requires coordinating with Navy Staff and IC partners, and to manage data collection, modeling, and testing activities. Qualifications include a technical Bachelor's (Master's preferred), 10+ years in unmanned systems or counter-UAS/counter-surface vessels, and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI and ability to maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead a long-term analysis effort to assess vulnerabilities of submarines during surfaced operations.
• Coordinate with Navy Staff, Intelligence Community, and other stakeholders; develop study plans and manage data collection, modeling, and testing.
