Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a detail-oriented professional to provide program management support within the Director Submarine Programs. The role supports DSP and leads SPA teams, handling technical research, mitigation planning, and executive-ready briefs.

The position is located at SPA facilities with frequent trips to the Washington Navy Yard. A Bachelor's degree is required and 5+ years in engineering or technical program analysis, plus Navy experience and strong written

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or related field.
• 5+ years in engineering or technical program analysis experience.
• Experience with the Navy, either operationally or as part of a staff.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Proficient in using SharePoint and MS Office to analyze data and communicate to decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support to DSP and lead SPA team elements.
• Conduct technical research, develop mitigation plans and perform action officer duties.
• Brief senior leaders on program progress with executive-ready briefs.
• Travel to vendor sites for meetings and reviews as needed.
