Job summary

ATI (Advanced Technology International) is seeking a Program Manager II to lead complex portfolios in the submarine and shipbuilding industrial base. The role blends program leadership with advanced SME contributions, coordinating across sponsors, contractors, and academia to deliver critical defense programs.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, engineering or technical disciplines, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with eight or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Master's Degree with six or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• PMP certification is favorable but not required.
• Strong communication, meetings management, and group leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of ATI's submarine and shipbuilding initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Coordinates with government sponsors, shipbuilders, suppliers, and academic partners.
• Develops statements of work, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
• Prepares briefings, dashboards, and analyses for ATI leadership and government stakeholders.
• Drives discipline and process improvement across assigned areas.
