Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years is preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross functional program teams to deliver on schedule, within scope and on budget.
• Manage full project lifecycle per contractual requirements and company standards.
• Support business development activities, including proposal management, proposal change control, and negotiations as required.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks and opportunities, adapting strategies in a dynamic environment.
• Serve as primary stakeholder interface with internal leadership, customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, export controls (ITAR/EAR) and contractual obligations.
