Job summary

Advanced Technology International seeks a Program Manager II to lead complex submarine and shipbuilding portfolios or contribute as a senior technical SME. The role requires coordinating across sponsors, industry partners, and ATI teams, with hybrid/remote or onsite options and a preference for candidates near Charleston, SC.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field with 6–8+ years’ experience, strong communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and eight or more related years of experience or a Master’s degree with six or more related years of experience.
• PM certification is viewed favorably but not required.
• Strong communication skills, including presentations, reports, meetings, and group management, are required.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of ATI’s submarine and shipbuilding industrial base mission in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Coordinates across Government sponsors, shipbuilders, suppliers, academia, and ATI teams to ensure effective execution.
• Develops and maintains program artifacts: statements of work, scopes, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and reports.
