Job summary

ORBIS Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to support NAVSEA Team Submarine program offices and related organizations, including PMS 397, PMS 450, PMS 351, and SEA 05Z.

The role involves collecting and analyzing information, conducting interviews, developing solutions, and reporting findings to the Government. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years in DoD ACAT 1D acquisition program management, experience in program planning, technical management support, and Navy business

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Secret security clearance required
• Min 10 years of DoD ACAT 1D acquisition program management experience

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
• Analyze data including revenues, employment, cost, schedule or expenditures.
• Interview managers and employees while observing operations.
• Develop solutions to problems and report findings to Government.
• Understand organizational context and Navy business systems during recommendations.
