Qualifications

• Requires typically 10 years of professional experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with DOD ACAT 1D Navy acquisition programs is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to plan and manage technical programs, studies and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
• Integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices.
• Manage the development cycle for a resilient software, hardware and web application including specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance.
• Manage the big picture of a project, including cost, schedules and organizational factors.
