Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage large organizations to optimize use of money, materials, equipment and people using analytical methods.
Analyze top-level strategy, planning, forecasting, resource allocation and performance.
Gather information and select appropriate analytical techniques.
Construct mathematical models using techniques like linear/nonlinear programming, queuing, and stochastic processes.
Develop and alter models to test outcomes under different scenarios.
